Tree & Shrub Care

We offer tree spraying to treat for apple scab, birch borer, honey locust plant bug, needle cast on spruce trees and tip blight on Austrian pine.

Evergreens are treated in two applications in the spring. Apple scab is usually a 4-6 application process. For the best results, it is recommended to apply every two weeks from bud break to frost. Birch borer and plant bug only require one application.

On shrubs, we treat for scale (a destructive insect) on euonymus and magnolia as well as leaf minor on boxwood shrubs. These usually only require one application per season, but in some cases two applications are necessary.

For more complicated tree problems, we work together with other local tree services to treat the issue.
